AppointmentThing allows you to create multiple meeting types for all the different types of meetings you need to schedule. You can set the meeting duration, location and availability separately for each meeting type.
To create a new appointment type, start by navigating to your Appointment Types Page by following the steps below.
If you are already on the Appointment Types Page, skip steps 1-3 and go directly to the blue bullet point below.face
This will open your Appointment Types Page (see image below) from which you'll be able to create new appointment types and edit existing ones.
There are two ways to create a new appointment from the Appointment Types Page:
You can also create a new appointment type by duplicating an existing appointment type. To do this, click the more options icon in the upper right hand corner of an appointment type tile and select 'Duplicate' from the options.
Both methods will open a new Appointment Editing Flow. This is a simple, step-by-step process that guides you though entering your new appointment details, setting your availability and generally creating the perfect appointment experience for you and your attendees :) Step one of the flow is shown in the image below.
The next few articles will guide you through each step of the Appointment Editing Flow. The entire flow typically only takes 1 to 2 minutes to complete. Once you've finished creating your new appointment type, it will appear as a new appointment type tile on the main Appointment Types Page.
