We'll spend the time talking about what coaching is and what it is not, how I envision we work together, and then let you share about yourself and what you want to accomplish in life. This is the most popular entry point into coaching with Stacia. Committing and investing in six sessions over a 3 month period has proven to align my clients stated goals with manifesting said goals. But (there is always a but) the kicker is, often times what manifests when clients show up, roll their sleeves up and hold themselves accountable to doing the work, their stated goals materialize beyond the original vision. The power of the human mind and spirit, when put to task, is an incredible resource. I am passionate about guiding clients to be their own SUPERHERO!

Experience has proven that it takes times time to define new goals, breakdown old habits, rebuild the framework for new ways of being and then integrating new behaviors to the point of manifestation. Investing and committing to an extended period of internal work yields amazing results. Whether you are interested in redesigning your career, moving through a big life transition, contemplating a significant life pivot or knowing there are many changes you want to make in your life, working with a coach over and extended period, is the ticket.

This meeting type generally is for those who have been through one of the coaching programs, who understand the coaching process, and need a quick assist on moving through an opportunity or challenge. This said, the single session is also powerful so long as the client comes to session knowing what topic they want to work through.
