Beginners Yoga Class

This class is designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga. Class is slower paced than an all-levels class, and focused on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses. Come to learn, play, and maybe even break a sweat in a supportive environment. All bodies are welcome.

Affirmation Series

The Affirmation Series is a 6 month intensive to aid our clients in restoring their resilience and confidence.

4 - 60 minute Sessions

Booking 4 - 60 minute sessions that can be used at anytime within 6 months.

4 - 90 minute Sessions

1 hour, 30 minutes

4 - 90 minute sessions to be used within 6 months.

60 minute meeting

1 hour

This is for a one hour meeting to be used indefinitely.
