Updating a username, email address or password

To update the name, email address or password for your account, start by navigating to your Account Page. To get there, follow the steps below.

If you're already on your Account Page, ignore these steps and start at the first green bullet point below

  1. Log into your account on AppointmentThing.com 
  2. Click the solid blue circle containing a white letter in the top right corner of the home page. This will cause a drop-down menu to appear with the options "Account", "Users", "Help" and "Log out"
  3. Click the 'Account' options on the drop-down menu to navigate to your AppointmentThing Account Page


  • To update your name:
  1. Click the 'Edit' link in the first gray box of the "Profile information" section labeled "Full name"

  2. Update your full name in the gray text box that appears
  3. Click the blue 'Update' button when you are finished to save your changes


  • To update your email address:
  1. Click the 'Edit' link in the second gray box of the "Profile information" section labeled "Email address"
  2. Update your email address in the gray text box that appears
  3. Click the blue 'Update' button when you are finished to save your new email address
  4. Once you do, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you entered. Go to your inbox for that email address and click the confirmation button contained in the email
  5. You'll be re-directed back to AppointmentThing's website, where you'll see that your new email address has now been confirmed 


  • To update your password:
  1. Click the 'Edit' link in the second gray box of the "Profile information" section labeled "Password"
  2. Three gray text boxes will appear. Enter your current password in the first box, then enter your new password in the second box and confirm it in the third box. Note: your password must be at least 6 characters in length
  3. Click the blue 'Update' button when you are finished to save your changes
