Turning appointment types on & off

When you share your general AppointmentThing link with your invitees, they'll be redirected to your Select Appointment Type Page, from which they'll be able to select any appointment type that is turned on. If you turn off one of your appointment types, your invitees will be unable to book that type of appointment with you, and it will not appear as an option on the Select Appointment Type Page. 

This guide will show you how to turn a specific appointment type on or off, and thus enable or prevent (respectively) your invitees from booking that type of appointment with you. 

1. Log in to your account on AppointmentThing.com
2. Click 'My appointments' at the top of the home page
3. Click the 'Appointment Types' link in the menu on the left side of the page to navigate to your Appointment Types Page

• To turn an appointment type off

• Click on the toggle located in the bottom right hand corner of the appointment type tile.

• To turn an appointment type that has been turned off back on again, click on the toggle located in the bottom right hand corner of the appointment type tile.
